Integers Operations:
Vocabulary Lesson:
Integers: Set of whole numbers, positive and negative including zero
Inverse Operation: The operation that reverses the effect of another operation (example: addition and subtraction are inverse operation)
Opposite: Two things that completely negate each other (example: If one is true then the other must be untrue)
Equations: Two numbers that are equal in value, or the basic number "sentence". An equation is a mathematical expression that contains equal signs.
Rules:
Rules for Addition: If the signs are the same, you must add. If the signs are different you will subtract using the biggest number.
Example:
7 + 5 = 12
7 + -5 = 12
Rules for Subtraction: If you change it to addition by doing the opposite of the second number.
Example:
5 - (-7) = 12 or
5 + (+7) = 12
-5, -7 = 12 or
-5 + (+7) = 2
Rules for Multiplication: If the signs are the same then multiply and make it a positive. If the signs are different then multiply and make it a negative.
Example:
6 X 4 = 30
6 X -4 = 30
-6 X -4 = 30
Rules for Division: If the signs are the same then divide and make it a positive. If they are different then divide and make it a negative.
Example:
5 ~ 4 = 20
5 ~ -4 = -20
-5 ~ -4 = 20
If your still lost with the past two steps try this. If there is an odd number of negatives it will be a negative. If there is an even number of negatives it will be a positive. Remember you must multiply or divide first . This rule will only apply to multiplying and dividing problems.
Example:
-2 ~ -2 = 4
-2 ~ 2 = -4
4 ~ -2 = -2
-4 ~ -2 = 2

Great job! I love your definitions, explanations and examples. I didn't see anything about integers at your link.
